Studio News w/e 23 Oct

Oh what a week! It’s flown by, and my little cottage is nearly ready to be up for sale!

That has been the entire focus of this week. All painting has been on walls, and the poorly laptop has been left to stew in the hope (possibly false, I’ll find out soon) that it needs a break to sort itself out. I’ve cleaned, cleared and shifted lots of boxes around. That includes boxes all of my art things being shipped elsewhere, at least until the estate agent media team has photographed and videoed everything they need.

Exciting times are afoot, and I’m delighted that something definite has been decided and action is happening at last. I’ve taken the 40 Days Unleashed ethos and cracked on.

Forward planning is next up, as my intention is to tackle both cottage and pension during this time - and fit all my art things from the cottage into my Waternish studio (aka Lynne’s Art Shed) in time for next month’s Festive Shopping Weekend:

I can feel another artwork-clearance coming on. If you remember my oil cloudscapes and had a soft spot for them enough to wish to own one, just let me know and I’ll send you a photo of the paintings I have left. They’re not listed on my website as they’re so tricky to photograph well for online listings, but if you’d like to pop for a video browse (they look great via video), you’re welcome to book one of those. Click here to find out more about my online viewings.

In the meantime, I wish you a lovely weekend and week ahead x
