Unfurling Fragrance is part of my Enchanting Store Fronts Collection. My eyes are always drawn to interesting buildings, shops and streets, and you'll see that I love painting the rambling blooms that add an architecture all of their own around them! They're created using collage as a base layer and then painting in acrylic using a palette knife. The combination of the collage and palette knife painting forms an imaginative extra-textured effect that draws your eye into all the nooks and crannies that the paint seems to have magically settled into.
