Welcome to my pavilion of blooms! Wander around the sumptuously tempting heads, encased in their lusciously unfurled leaves and find a nook to rest here. Tea and biscuits will appear as if by magic in a flurry of sparkles, to ease you into this world of wonder.

• Pavilion of Blooms is an original painting in collage and acrylic paint on stretched canvas (300gsm, 100% unbleached cotton canvas)
• Painting size: 50x50cm / 20"x20" (1.7cm/¾" depth)
• Framed size: 54x54cm/21.25"x21.25" (4cm/1.5" depth)
• Beautifully framed in a hand-painted white wooden tray frame, fitted with D-rings and string so that you can hang your painting immediately
• Pavilion of Blooms is signed by the artist on the back of the canvas, and will arrive with a certificate of authenticity

Pavilion of Blooms is part of my Enchanting Store Fronts Collection. My eyes are always drawn to interesting buildings, shops and streets, and you'll see that I love painting the rambling blooms that add an architecture all of their own around them! They're created using collage as a base layer and then painting in acrylic using a palette knife. The combination of the collage and palette knife painting forms an imaginative extra-textured effect that draws your eye into all the nooks and crannies that the paint seems to have magically settled into.
