The Small Paintings Collection:

Love At First Sight is part of my Small Paintings collection. These petite paintings are lovingly painted in the same way as their larger sisters, still focused on sumptuous, character-filled flowers, but on a smaller surfaces. They're created using collage as a base layer and then painting in acrylic using a palette knife. The combination of the collage and palette knife painting forms an imaginative extra-textured effect that draws your eye into all the nooks and crannies that the paint seems to have magically settled into.
