Giddily chuckling as sunlight streams and tickles their petals, these cheery ones live their brightest, biggest lives. Their blousy blooms are at their most buxom, their petals stretching forth to catch all light and warmth, filling every ounce of their leafy caverns.

The Beautiful Blooms Collection

Giddy Chuckles is part of my Beautiful Blooms Collection - I've discovered that I love painting these sumptuous, character-filled flowers! They're created using collage as a base layer and then painting in acrylic using a palette knife. The combination of the collage and palette knife painting forms an imaginative extra-textured effect that draws your eye into all the nooks and crannies that the paint seems to have magically settled into.
