• Trailing Pretties is an original painting in collage and acrylic paint on stretched canvas (300gsm, 100% unbleached cotton canvas)
• Painting size: 50x50cm / 20"x20" (1.7cm/¾" depth)
• Framed size: 54x54cm/21.25"x21.25" (4cm/1.5" depth)
• Beautifully framed in a hand-painted white wooden tray frame, fitted with D-rings and string so that you can hang your painting immediately

Trailing Pretties is part of my Enchanting Store Fronts Collection. My eyes are always drawn to interesting buildings, shops and streets, and you'll see that I love painting the rambling blooms that add an architecture all of their own around them! They're created using collage as a base layer and then painting in acrylic using a palette knife. The combination of the collage and palette knife painting forms an imaginative extra-textured effect that draws your eye into all the nooks and crannies that the paint seems to have magically settled into.
